Refund Policy

At Boarding.lk, we are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy experience for both boarding property advertisers and seekers. Since we are a service-based advertising platform and not involved in direct selling of products or managing rentals, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Subscription & Listing Fees

All payments made for premium listings, featured placements, or advertising services on Boarding.lk are strictly non-refundable once the listing or service has been published on the platform.

2. Technical Issues & Processing Errors

If a payment is successfully processed but your listing fails to publish due to an internal system or technical error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will manually publish your listing or issue a full refund if the technical issue cannot be resolved.

Please note: Listings removed or rejected due to user violations of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally submit a duplicate payment for a single service, please notify us immediately at support@boarding.lk. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Service Disruptions

In the rare event of major server downtime or prolonged platform service disruptions that affect your active premium ads, Boarding.lk may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits or complimentary listing extensions to compensate for lost visibility.
